For over 19 years, Jay has been involved in the fitness industry as a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Fitness Facility Manager. Recently, Jay was a Regional Manager for an International Health Club Chain. He was responsible for the supervision, development and management of over 400 Personal Fitness Trainers in 21 facilities. He currently acts as a consultant working with commercial and municipal fitness centres.

As a professional speaker, Jay has presented at National Personal Training conferences on various related health and wellness topics.

In addition, Jay is an Instructor with the Faculty of Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College.  

Jay is a regular on the hockey rink in the winter and the tennis court in the summer. Jay's number one passion in life remains at home with his wife and children.

Alex has worked in the fitness industry since 2005. He specializes in corrective exercise to promote muscular balance, correct posture and joint integrity. His ultimate goal is to help you create a strong musculoskeletal base to help promote wellness in your life. Alex was a mulit-sport athlete through high school and continues to participate in Soccer, Basketball and Snowboarding.
